Job Title: Assembly Technician                                              

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Senior Program Manager

Schedule: 1st shift (Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm)

SUMMARY

The Assembly Tech is responsible for building and assembling parts and components for various customers according to blueprints, customer specs, and work orders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

    • Operating power tools and hand tools to assemble parts.
    • Able to stand 10-12 hours a day.
    • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
    • Ability to read blueprints.
    • Maintain acceptable productivity, attendance, and quality while following processes and procedures.
    • Promote teamwork and a positive, healthy culture.
    • Comfortable working in a team environment and individually.
    • Able to efficiently communicate and understand direction both written and verbal.
    • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Title: Spot Weld/Pem Operator                                                 

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor   

Schedule: 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3am)

SUMMARY

The Spot Weld/PEM Operator is responsible for installing hardware on to metal parts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

    • Ability to stand 10-12 hours a day.
    • Ability to lift 15 – 50 lbs. continuously.
    • Maintain good productivity.
    • Understand clocking production in the company’s ERP system, as well as quality processes.
    • Able to set up the Spot Weld and PEM machines and operate machines safely.
    • Able to read blueprints.
    • Able to communicate efficiently.
    • Comfortable following and giving verbal and written directions.
    • Able to promote and stand by the company’s purpose statement and core values.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-year minimum metal manufacturing experience.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician                                          

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor      

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for continual maintenance upkeep of the facility, equipment, and machinery. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance tasks for all machinery and equipment, proactively perform maintenance repairs on machinery when needed, and being a team player in the maintenance department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

    • Responsible for maintaining preventative maintenance on machinery/equipment.
    • Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic installation, plumbing, trouble shooting, and pair.
    • Troubleshooting machinery issues when needed.
    • Provide feedback and direction to solve maintenance and repair issues.
    • Maintain organization of all maintenance equipment.
    • Ensure we are following all safety, OSHA, and maintenance procedures.
    • Ability to be on call during off shifts in case problems occur, and answers/repairs are needed ASAP.
    • Continually looking to expand technical knowledge, this includes ability to travel for training.
    • Ability to communicate through company email, phone, and calendar in a professional manner.
    • Able to stand 10-12 hours a day.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Promote teamwork and a positive, healthy culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a maintenance role.
  • Experience dealing with mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

SUMMARY

The CNC Robotic Operator is responsible for setting up and properly operating CNC robotic press brake machinery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

    • Operating Trumpf CNC robotic press brake machinery.
    • Familiar with reading blueprints.
    • Able to follow and execute a schedule efficiently.
    • Inspecting and troubleshooting CNC equipment.
    • Comfortable with using measuring instruments (calipers, measuring tapes, gauges).
    • Helping unload parts out of machinery.
    • Familiar with automation.
    • Occasional forklift operations.
    • Able to stand 10-12 hours a day.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Maintain acceptable productivity.
    • Promote teamwork and a positive, healthy culture.
    • Able to communicate efficiently.
    • Comfortable following verbal and written directions.

Job Title: Quality Technician (Level I)                                                         

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Quality Manager     

Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday 6am – 4:30pm)

SUMMARY

The Level I Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring quality production is produced in accordance with customer specifications and company standards. Test and inspect products at different stages during the production process.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Follow quality processes and procedures for inspecting and auditing production.
  • Familiar with all measurement tools used in the quality department.
  • Communicate effectively with production and quality team.
  • Efficiently read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong ability to correctly perform simple and complex mathematical scenarios.
  • Able and willing to routinely lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Improve and maintain housekeeping in quality dept. – 5S Audits.
  • Keep product flowing through quality – nothing sitting around.
  • Assist in sustaining quality goals and objectives.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.

Job Title: Entry-Level Manufacturing

Classification: Hourly/nonexempt

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

SUMMARY

Our Entry Level Manufacturing positions are a great way to dip your toe into the water of the manufacturing world. These positions could consist of many different operations including simple assembly, paint line operations, and unloading material from lasers. These positions require much flexibility and attention to detail.

  • Simple understanding of how to operate generic hand tools.
  • Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
