Job Title: Entry-Level Manufacturing

Classification: Hourly/nonexempt

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

SUMMARY

Our Entry Level Manufacturing positions are a great way to dip your toe into the water of the manufacturing world. These positions could consist of many different operations including simple assembly, paint line operations, and unloading material from lasers. These positions require much flexibility and attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Simple understanding of how to operate generic hand tools.
  • Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain good productivity while producing products to quality standards.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive, healthy culture.
  • Able to communicate efficiently.
  • Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Paint Line Technician

Classification: Hourly/nonexempt

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

SUMMARY

The Paint Line Technician is responsible for masking/prepping metal parts to be painted, hanging metal parts on a steadily moving paint line, taking painted parts off the line, and packaging parts to be shipped.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Able to stand 10-12 hours a day
  • Ability to lift 15 – 50 lbs. continuously.
  • Maintain a good working pace to keep up with the steadily moving paint line.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive, healthy culture.
  • Able to communicate efficiently.
  • Comfortable following verbal and written directions.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Schedule: Second Shift – Monday-Thursday 4:30pm – 3:00am

Classification: Hourly/nonexempt

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

SUMMARY

The Press Brake Operator is responsible to bending metal parts of varying sizes on a CNC Press Brake.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Familiar with reading blueprints.
  • Comfortable with using measuring instruments (calipers, measuring tapes, gauges).
  • Able to stand 10-12 hours a day
  • Ability to lift 15 – 50 lbs. continuously.
  • Maintain acceptable productivity.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive, healthy culture.
  • Able to communicate efficiently.
  • Comfortable following verbal and written directions.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Classification: Hourly/Part Time

Reports to: President/CEO

SUMMARY

Conserves president’s time and promotes the corporate image by representing the president internally and externally, providing liaison between the president, key executives, and team members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Represents the President/CEO by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the president.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains President/CEO schedule by maintaining calendars for president, arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Produces meeting agendas by gathering information; preparing and editing articles; designing graphic presentation; producing and distributing.
  • Helps key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents, serving as liaison between them and the President/CEO.
  • Arranges complex travel arrangements. Becomes familiar with the specific, detailed needs of the President/CEO and travel partners; creates consistent travel itinerary portfolios for reference and be available during travel times to quickly address any last-minute changes or cancellations.
  • Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; adjusting plans.
  • Maintains physical and electronic office filing systems for President/CEO.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Five year’s professional experience in an executive assistant role preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Title: Weekend Shift Supervisor

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Manufacturing Manager

SUMMARY

The Weekend Shift Supervisor oversees the manufacturing plant to ensure quality production is produced efficiently. Available to answer technical and general questions from team members. Implementing and supporting manufacturing changes to improve productivity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Lead and direct the weekend shift team.
  • Ensure quality products are being made efficiently.
  • Answer technical questions.
  • Support manufacturing changes to help improve productivity.
  • Oversee daily balancing of team members individual productivity.
  • Able to read and understand blueprints.
  • Efficiently read measuring equipment, which includes but isn’t limited to, measuring tapes, caliper, gauges, etc.
  • Ensure new team members are trained properly and encourage cross training.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive, healthy culture.
  • Keep production flowing flawlessly.
  • Administer yearly performance reviews with manufacturing team members.
  • Communicate production/technical changes needed to the engineering team.
  • Able to operate efficiently by a schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all team members are working in a safe manner and are wearing approved PPE.
  • Available to travel for training if required.
  • Available and willing to come in for training/meetings during the week.
  • Take advantage of opportunities to help team members thrive personally or professionally (within company policy).
  • Willing to promote and stand by the company’s purpose statement and core values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
  • Experience dealing with team members of all levels.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment required.
