Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Classification: Salary/Exempt

Reports to: Customer Service Account Manager

SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication, and on-time delivery. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and collaboration across departments to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and meet all specifications. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Accurately enter and process customer purchase orders, ensuring all order details, specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements are correct. 
  • Review and validate customer POs for accuracy and completeness prior to order release. 
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, lead times, and shipping details. 
  • Process orders in a timely manner while understanding material flow, capacity, and supply chain constraints. 
  • Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process and coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery. 
  • Work closely with sales, production, manufacturing, and shipping teams to maintain order accuracy and visibility. 
  • Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to support timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 
  • Resolve order-related issues including changes, cancellations, discrepancies, shortages, and delivery concerns.

Job Title: Metal Fabrication Quality Technician I

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Quality Manager

Work Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

SUMMARY

The Quality Technician I is responsible for ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This role supports the inspection and testing of materials and products throughout various stages of the production process to maintain consistent quality and efficiency. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Follow established quality processes and procedures to inspect and audit production. 
  • Perform inspections of products at various stages to verify compliance with specifications and standards. 
  • Read and accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. 
  • Apply a strong understanding of form, fit, and function when evaluating parts and assemblies. 
  • Utilize and maintain proficiency with measurement tools and equipment, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, height gages, tape measures, and other precision measuring instruments. 
  • Perform basic and complex mathematical calculations related to measurement and inspection. 
  • Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Material Handler

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

SUMMARY

The Material Handler supports manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role ensures production departments have the materials they need to meet schedules while maintaining safety, organization, and productivity standards. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Load and unload raw materials from storage areas and deliver materials to designated machines and workstations. 
  • Transport pallets of parts and raw materials throughout the production floor using forklifts and other material-handling equipment. 
  • Maintain and support production schedules by ensuring timely material availability. 
  • Assist production teams as needed to support workflow and productivity goals. 
  • Stack, stage, and organize materials to ensure safe and efficient operations. 
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

SUMMARY

The Deburr Operator is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in delivering finished components that meet customer specifications and supports overall production efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and deburring equipment.
  • Inspect parts for defects, surface finish, and conformance to specifications and drawings.
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
  • Identify and report nonconforming parts or process issues to supervisors or quality personnel.
  • Safely operate tools and equipment including grinders, sanders, files, and polishing tools.
  • Support production flow by meeting daily output and quality expectations.
  • Assist with basic finishing, cleaning, or packaging tasks as needed.
  • Clean and organize parts for the next stage of fabrication or shipping.
  • Stack parts on pallets or in bins for automated machinery or downstream processes.

SUMMARY

The Production Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations on the floor, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met. This role serves as the first line of leadership, providing hands-on guidance, training, and support to production employees while driving continuous improvement and accountability. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Lead and support a team of production employees to meet daily output, quality, and efficiency goals. 
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to ensure on-time completion of orders. 
  • Enforce all safety policies and procedures; actively promote a safety-first culture. 
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on processes, equipment, and standard work, including onboarding of new hires. 
  • Perform in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions. 
  • Troubleshoot production issues and escalate equipment or process concerns as needed. 
  • Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues and improve performance. 
  • Track and report key production metrics, including output, downtime, and scrap. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, waste reduction, and 5S standards. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment.

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, safety, and upkeep of facility infrastructure, machinery, and production equipment. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-focused, technically skilled, and a strong team player.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and plumbing issues.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
  • Assist with installation, modification, and upgrades of machinery and equipment.

SUMMARY

The Mig Welder is responsible for producing high-quality welds that meet customer specifications and blueprint requirements. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and efficiency of our production process while contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Interpret and work from blueprints, work orders, and weld symbols with accuracy.
  • Perform mig welding on a variety of sheet metals and components, ensuring weld quality meets company and customer standards.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment, selecting the proper settings for material and weld requirements.
  • Safely use measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, and measuring tapes) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

SUMMARY

The Press Brake Operator is responsible for operating CNC press brake machines to form, shape, and bend metal parts that meet blueprint specifications and quality standards. Operators are expected to monitor production runs, inspect parts, and maintain productivity goals. Operators may also perform basic machine setups as skill level and training allow, supporting cross-training and operational flexibility. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Operate CNC press brake machines safely and efficiently. 
  • Monitor machine performance during production runs and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality. 
  • Maintain acceptable production output while minimizing scrap. 
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions. 
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, angle gauges, and tape measures. 
  • Inspect parts during production to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances. 
  • Report defects or nonconforming parts to supervisor or lead. 
  • Assist with tooling changes and job setup procedures. 
  • Learn to select appropriate tooling and adjust machine parameters. 
  • Perform basic setups independently as training and experience progress. 
  • Support quick changeovers and continuous improvement efforts. 
  • Build and assemble vent units, including frames, doors, and internal components.

The Entry Level Manufacturing position provides an opportunity to begin a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. Team members may rotate through a variety of basic operations, including simple assembly, paint line support, and unloading or handling material from laser machines. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Perform basic manufacturing tasks such as simple assembly, paint line operations, and material handling.
