Job Title: Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication, and on-time delivery. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and collaboration across departments to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and meet all specifications. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Accurately enter and process customer purchase orders, ensuring all order details, specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements are correct.
  • Review and validate customer POs for accuracy and completeness prior to order release.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, lead times, and shipping details.
  • Process orders in a timely manner while understanding material flow, capacity, and supply chain constraints.
  • Monitor orders throughout the fulfillment process and coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with sales, production, manufacturing, and shipping teams to maintain order accuracy and visibility.

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Classification: Salary/Exempt

Reports to: Quality Manager

SUMMARY

The Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting and improving quality systems, manufacturing processes, and customer satisfaction through proactive quality planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, production teams, and management to ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements. 

The Quality Engineer leads Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, customer corrective actions, internal audits, root cause investigations, and process improvement projects while promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new and existing products. 
  • Coordinate, develop, and submit Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation to customers. 
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation including Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, inspection plans, and capability studies. 
  • Manage customer quality concerns and complaints from initial notification through closure. 
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagrams, and Pareto Analysis. 
  • Develop, implement, and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related issues. 
  • Monitor customer quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Lead and coordinate the internal audit program. 
  • Support and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.

  • Ensure quality objectives support overall company goals and strategic initiatives. 
  • Support production launches, engineering changes, and process validation activities. 
  • Improve internal and external PPM performance with a focus on meeting company quality objectives.

  • Support the calibration program and ensure measuring equipment remains calibrated and compliant. 
  • Assist with employee training related to quality procedures, inspection techniques, quality tools, and quality standards. 
  • Maintain quality records and documentation in accordance with company and customer requirements. 
  • Assist with material review board activities and disposition decisions. 
  • Support customer scorecard monitoring and reporting. 
  • Assist with first article inspections and validation activities.

QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and corrective action processes required. 
  • Experience working directly with customers and suppliers on quality issues. 
  • Metal fabrication, machining, welding, or automotive supplier experience preferred. 
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Classification: Hourly/nonexempt

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

Work Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

SUMMARY

The Press Brake Operator is responsible for operating CNC press brake machines to form, shape, and bend metal parts that meet blueprint specifications and quality standards. Operators are expected to monitor production runs, inspect parts, and maintain productivity goals. Operators may also perform basic machine setups as skill level and training allow, supporting cross-training and operational flexibility. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Operate CNC press brake machines safely and efficiently. 
  • Monitor machine performance during production runs and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality. 
  • Maintain acceptable production output while minimizing scrap. 
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions. 
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, angle gauges, and tape measures. 
  • Inspect parts during production to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances. 
  • Report defects or nonconforming parts to supervisor or lead. 
  • Assist with tooling changes and job setup procedures. 
  • Learn to select appropriate tooling and adjust machine parameters. 
  • Perform basic setups independently as training and experience progress.

SUMMARY

The Spot Weld / PEM Operator is responsible for installing hardware and performing spot welding operations on metal parts in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. This role supports production goals by operating equipment safely, maintaining productivity, and ensuring consistent part quality. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Set up and operate spot weld and PEM machines safely and efficiently.

The Production Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations on the floor, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met. This role serves as the first line of leadership, providing hands-on guidance, training, and support to production employees while driving continuous improvement and accountability. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Lead and support a team of production employees to meet daily output, quality, and efficiency goals. 
  • Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to ensure on-time completion of orders. 
  • Enforce all safety policies and procedures; actively promote a safety-first culture. 
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on processes, equipment, and standard work, including onboarding of new hires.

SUMMARY

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring painted and assembled products meet customer specifications, company quality standards, and shipment requirements. This position serves as the final quality checkpoint before products are released to Shipping, verifying that all cosmetic, dimensional, and assembly requirements have been met. The Quality Technician works closely with Paint, Assembly, Production, and Shipping teams to maintain product quality, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Perform in-process and final inspections of painted and assembled products to verify compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. 
  • Serve as the final inspector prior to products being released to Shipping, ensuring all quality requirements have been met and documented. 
  • Inspect painted components for finish quality, including coverage, consistency, color match, adhesion, film build, and surface defects such as runs, sags, orange peel, fisheyes, scratches, chips, and contamination.
  • Verify assemblies are complete, correctly configured, and meet all dimensional, functional, and cosmetic requirements. 
  • Read and accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and customer specifications. 
  • Apply a strong understanding of form, fit, and function when evaluating painted parts and assembled products. 
  • Utilize and maintain proficiency with measurement and inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gages, tape measures, coating thickness gauges, and other precision measuring instruments. 
  • perform first article, in-process, and final inspections as required. 
  • Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions to supervisors, production personnel, and quality leadership. 
  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action activities related to paint and assembly quality concerns. 
  • Ensure all required quality documentation, inspection reports, and records are completed accurately and maintained according to company procedures. 
  • Verify customer-specific requirements are met prior to shipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Set up and operate Trumpf CNC lasers according to production schedules.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate part fabrication.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on laser equipment. 
  • Use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, tapes, gauges) to verify part quality. 
  • Safely unload and handle parts after cutting operations. 
  • Occasionally operate a forklift to move materials.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Functions

  • Apply powder coating to metal parts using electrostatic spray equipment while maintaining required film thickness and finish quality.
  • Inspect parts prior to coating to ensure surfaces are clean, properly prepared, and ready for processing.
  • Maintain consistent production flow and work pace to support paint line efficiency and production goals.
  • Perform color changes according to established procedures, ensuring proper cleaning and minimizing contamination between colors.
  • Monitor coating application to ensure complete coverage, proper adhesion, and compliance with customer specifications.
  • Conduct visual inspections of coated parts and identify defects such as orange peel, thin coverage, excessive build, contamination, fisheyes, or missed areas.
