Sargent Metal’s 1,200 ft. state-of-the-art powder coating system was installed in 2022. Our 5 stage zirconium wash allows the powder to better bond to the metal when it is coated, ensuring a high-quality finish. Our Nordson paint booth allows for quick color changes without the risk of contamination from the previous color and our equipment is optimized for efficient, repeatable powder application–which means you can expect quick and consistent finishes on your products. We can powder coat a 48”x48”x120” part.
