Sargent Metal uses industry-leading Trumpf laser cutting equipment for precision cutting to your exact specifications. By investing in multiple machines and relying on high-tech automation, we increase capacity and reliability.
Our fully automated lasers can function with or without operator presence. To streamline the laser cutting process even further, our lasers are equipped with Liftmasters to automatically load and unload material. In addition, each laser is connected to our TruStore Storage and Retrieval Systems that provide automatic material handling to all the lasers.
Our state-of-the-art punching machines provide fast and efficient processing without compromising on quality. We can remove secondary operations with available auto-indexing capabilities providing high-speed tapping, extrusion, forming, and punching of parts on a single machine. Sheetmaster FMS and STOPA automated material loading and unloading allow our punches to run without full time operators, thus reducing costs.
Sargent Metal offers precision forming with a wide array of Trumpf and Amada press brakes. Offline programming and hydraulic tool clamping mean faster set-ups and quicker cycles.
We provide both manual welding and robotic welding services.
Our manual services include MIG welding for larger and thicker materials, and TIG welding for thinner and/or smaller projects. Our welders are AWS and CWB certified. Our welding capabilities include many materials like aluminum, CRS, HRPO, galvaneal, and stainless steel.
We have also invested in robotic welding to meet customers’ needs for high volume, repetitive welding projects. These welders promote consistent and accurate welds. By incorporating robust fixturing, robotic welding also decreases set up time for each job.
